Hotel Lille Europe

The room was beautifully maintained with the window open, I stayed here for 3 nights. It was nice to have a mini-bar and multi-channel television😃

Some of the staff were not always friendly.

It is ideal for rail travellers, being close to both main stations. It is quite expensive fot its type and classification however.

It was pretty good, especially with the romantic room setup for my girlfriend's birthday. The location was perfect for leisurely strolls to nearby sites and great restaurants.

the parking situation was confusing.

Staff were very helpful and very friendly. The room was excellent value for money. I was using the tgv leaving very early the following day. The location was very handy for this. The room was very clean.

There was some noise out in the street during the early hours of the morning.

The location is directly between the Lille Gare de Flandres and Lille Gar de Europe, both less than 300 metres from the hotel making this an ideal stopover point when travellingf by Eurostar and SNCF/TGV. Teh city restuarants and shops are also very close by.

The rooms at Hotel Lille Europe were modern and very clean. I appreciated the convenient location right next to the train stations. The staff were attentive, ensuring a pleasant atmosphere.

Additional pillows would enhance comfort during the night.

The room was functional with the window open when upgraded. The location was good for my stay, 500 metres from Lille's Opera. And the area was domestic, close to Lille Europe and Lille Flandres rail stations and town center.

I booked functional and brand-new room with a comfortable bed, optional plus bath. The cost was £ 90. I enjoyed perfect and convenient location very close to Lille's Opera.

Would stay here again

Great location just a couple of minutes from both train stations. Room had a powerful shower, tv, and the bed was super comfy. There was a kettle for coffee, and they offered complimentary bottled water. Breakfast had fresh pastries and good coffee. The staff was really helpful.

The location to rail stations. For us we found it's location convenient for meeting when coming from different directions, ie Euro tunnel Calais and Amsterdam.

Perfect for a romantic getaway

The staff were really good, going above and beyond for my girlfriend's birthday. They decorated our room with balloons and heart-shaped glitter, she was so thrilled, it.

It wasn't exactly cheap but it still felt worth it.

It's located close to the rail way statione.

The room need be repaired. The linen was not clean enough. Very high price for such a service and facilities.

Lack of air conditioning in the room, especially during warmer nights. The double bed felt a bit small and sloped noticeably, leading to an uneasy sleep experience. Window views were hindered by the ground level surroundings, with the unsightly view of broken bottles and cigarette butts outside. Additional amenities were lacking, like a proper refrigerator and strong pillows, which impacted comfort. The bathroom was small, and I found the heating inconsistent.

overall a really nice stay in september. everything was modern - updated rooms and warm breakfasts. breakfast with hot dishes and also a croissant. marvellous ideal location, near the old town. based close to 2 train stations, lille flandres train stations-5 minute walk, and eurostar/metro and city centre.
